The hackathon is open to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Our North Star goal is to build the bridge between microscopy and machine learning communities. For microscopists, we welcome participation from all field - electron, scanning probe, chemical imaging, and all stages of the microscope workflow from sample selection to microscope optimization, data analytics, in-line analysis, automated experimentation, and interpretation. From machine learning community, we welcome experts in image analysis, optimization, and active learning. Let’s build the window between machine learning and nanoscale world together!

RMS Virtual Flow Cytometry Data Analysis Course Spring 2025

This online course will run over four half-days from Monday 3 March to Thursday 6 March 2025, plus one optional additional Clinical Module on Monday 10 March 2025. The course will cover the basics of analysis for a number of different applications including antibody phenotyping, DNA and cell cycle kinetics, cell proliferation and death, and functional studies. There will also be the opportunity to explore high-dimensional analysis using dimensionality reduction and clustering techniques.
